How do i relax from a lot of emotional stress, leaves me tired beyond sleep?

If you are feeling overwhelmed by your stresses, its really important to practice self care. Focus on doing something to shake off whatever is stressing you out, even for a moment. As well you want to ensure you are taking care of yourself physically, shower, eat, drink lots of water, get enough sleep. So at the end of the day, eat some food, disconnect from the internet and put your phone away before bed, relax and unwind - do something that makes you happy. You will find it harder to relax if you are not taking care of yourself. Once you get into the habit of regularly practicing self care, whatever that means to you, you will find that it is easier to relax and unwind, and hopefully be able to get some much needed rest.
