I can't help but feel like I want to cry but the tears just won't come. Lately I've gone from happy to sad quickly. What's wrong?

It could be that you have stored alot of emotions in you instead of dealing with it. And the emotions are way to much to deal with now that it is exploding sort of. Take the alone time to go through the emotions.
You may be feeling stressed, have you found anything in school or at home stressful lately? You might want to try snd take it easy, and make sure that you’re clear about what you’re thinking and feeling so that you don’t feel this way. I know that this time may be quite hard for you but you need to remember that there are a lot of kind people here to help you figure out what is happening and why you’re feeling this way
