Sounds like you might be under a lot of pressure in your career-are there times in particular that make you feel angry? Honestly, I know exactly what it's like to lose control of my anger at work (smashed a computer mouse or 2 in my time and spent a lot of time sitting in the stairwell trying to talk myself out of rage) and found that the anger was a symptom of the overwhelming stress I was carrying. As anger and sleepless nights were destroying my life, I finally sought help and found that I was just 'dealing with' or 'handling' the stress but not actually taking care of myself; positive I could work through anything life threw me, stress made me work harder to the point where I completely burnt out. There is no 1 technique to fix this as everyone is different; however a good start is to look for support and start doing things that make you happy. I started mountain biking on my weekends instead of working 7 days a week. And just remember, trying to push through life full speed is actually counterintuitive; what we need to remember is that taking time to take care of ourselves will make us stronger and take us further in life.
