explain to them my hurt and explain my situation and how i feel about their actions. if they continue to carry on with the behaviour and disregard or belittle my feelings, i will cut them off and stop talking to them as they're toxic to me and dont respect my feelings and my nature. you shouldnt change yourself as there's nothing wrong with you everyone has their own nature. something you should not do is change your nature or behaviour in response to bullying or abuse. if intolerant, aggressive or authoritarian people are able to bully and intimidate others into doing what they want, they will keep doing it and so you shouldnt allow them to do so.
