It can be very frustrating when the people you care about don't get in touch, but why not reach out to them instead? Maybe they were thinking the same and was waiting for your call this whole time!

Try to keep yourself buzy. Take on a new hobby or do whatever you like to deviate your mind. Apart from this, If you like reading, pick up a novel of your favorite author and start reading. Listen to your songs or search for new songs. Watch episode of your favourite tv shows

An obvious answer: you can talk to people on 7Cups! They will comfort and be by your side, and make you less lonely.

I try to do things I enjoy doing on my own, like watching a movie, reading, drawing/colouring, find things that makes me laugh. To me it happens mostly during the evening, so sometimes I treat myself cooking something tasty. It keeps me occupied while preparing it, grateful while eating it and fulfilled after it!

You should understand them, keep yourself in their positions and divert your mind to some other things such as music, movies, reading, painting, or the best... a pet. These all things will not let you feel lonely, mind my words.

Keeping yourself busy is one way to keep your mind occupied but then again, this could work for a short period of time and then you start thinking about the ones you care about again, especially if you're alone. Try to find some hobbies or do the hobbies you already have providing you have any. The first thing I would suggest is accepting the feelings you have a giving into them. Just like the past, you need to mourn over the things you can control and once you've come to accept the things you can control, it will get easier to move on. Hope this helps.

It has everything to do with your relationship with self. It also seems like you are too dependent. So working on being more self-sufficient and relying on self more should help.

One of the best ways to keep from feeling alone is to always have something that immediately reminds you of them on you at all times. I keep my boyfriends dog tags on everyday and just holding them helps more than anything else.

Distract your thoughts. Loud music, entertaining yourself with something that interests you, games etc

For me I will put on a podcast, a movie, the tv or get onto social media. Something to distract me and help me feel connected somehow. Taking a walk with my dog to get out and get fresh air helps too.

There are multiple things that you can do. You can read over old texts messages someone you love sent you that are encouraging or make you happy. You can talk to a listener on 7 cups. You can have loved write letters for you to save so that when you are lonely you can read them over which is similar to texts. Lastly, perhaps you can do self soothing which can help with self love and also show that you can make yourself feel better without other people helping..

If the people that you care about can't contact you it is because something urgent that made them leave to go take care of it or they are currently out of town and you can stop yourself from feeling so helplessly lonely by understanding they will get back to you very soon.
