Hey! Just want to start off by saying how normal and okay that is. Anger is such an intense emotion, all we want to do is get rid of it, whether that be wanting to hurt yourself or others. I feel that way too, and I’m sorry you have to go through it. It’s tough. I think sometimes we don’t know how to manage such an overwhelming tide of emotion that we just want to resort to extreme measures to “cope†with that anger. It is always helpful to count to ten. So simple, yet so helpful. It works for me, yet I encourage you to seek out what may help you in managing this anger. It may take some trial and error, but you will get there â¤ï¸
