I have been through a lot in life too, which helps me to be able to empathize with situations, thoughts and feelings that we have. Sometimes, it's not easy just being human.

Baby blues is an emotional condition which usually new moms experience. It's very normal and it lasts for days up to two weeks. It's caused by hormonal changes that happened during pregnancy and after giving birth. The symptoms are mood swings, anxiety, sadness, easily gets angry and/or cry, gets tired easily. If the symptoms persists for more than two weeks, this new mom is experiencing postpartum depression.
It is definitely not easy to go through any of these. Baby blues or postpartum depression. We can share the things that cause our anxiety with our partners, get enough sleep (sleep whenever the baby is asleep), ask help from other (family members) so we can get proper meals and taking care of ourselves.
