Write out a list of the tasks you need to do today. Start off with the most important and work your way down. Tick off the tasks once you've completed them and that will help you feel better about how much you're accomplishing.
make a game out of everything you need to do. maybe reward yourself with your favorite meal or extra time doing something you enjoy doing for fun, if you get everything done in a certain amount of time. prioritize and get the big and important things out of the way first, then you dont have the stress of the unfinished important tasks. you can do it! :)
Make a list of everything you have to do, dont focus on getting it all done that causes you to think you won't. Now check off each thing as you do it, itll help you feel better and organized. Once you see things getting marked off the list youll feel better.
Take time to sit down at an organized space. Get your favorite pen and stationary and write a detailed list of everything you need to do. Try doing the hardest task first and work your way down so as the day goes on it feels easier and easier to finish what needs to get done.
Stop thinking about it and start doing the easiest thing you can get done right now. When we think too much about everything we have to get done, we get overwhelmed and sometimes we don't actually start. But this is life and we can't do a Hamlet. You got this! Get on it!
Make a check list, step back and try not to get yourself too stressed out about any of it and step by step get things done. Don't procrastinate, stay focused on what you need to do and use your time wisely.

One of the ways to make sure you get everything you need to get done daily is by making a list. The evening before and the morning of, jot down a list of everything you need to do. Tip to feel more willing to tackle big tasks: write down little things as well, such as taking a shower or eating breakfast. This will make you feel more motivated as you've accomplished things on your list. Best of luck :)
