Your family, friends, co workers, talk to them about it! Tell them about it and let them support you! Having people around you is very very very helpful! I'm sure they would love to help as well. Reach out to the people around you and let them help. You're never alone. You could also reach out to listeners on 7 cups for help. We can talk you through them and support you.
