Maybe start to consistently talk to him on another boarder if it’s Facebook, gmail , via text message, Instagram etc. have a consistent conversation, when that conversation starts to move, I would through out there “do you have a Snapchat†if he responds to “ yes I do “ “ yeah†“why†I would answer “ cool me too!†“Same!†“ I like to talk on Snapchat†those responses will be positive and hopefully work! If they don’t then I would suggest sending him some fun, positive photos with your user attached to them and would see what he says 💕
