Moving on is a process, so it takes time. You could help yourself move forward in a way hy making yourself busy. Engage yourself into sports, physical activities, arts or music. There are plenty of ways you could try. There will still be times as if you feel you go crazy missing that someone, and it is normal. It is part of the process but make sure you are willing to move forward not because you guys broke up but because you want yourself to be happy again. Having a good support system is helpful too. Hang out with your friends and especially with your family.

This is a hard question because I feel that when we enter a relationship, a bit of them stays with us forever, and it can be hard to let go of the feelings they once gave us. I've always found that hobbies have helped me cope over a breakup, or even hanging out with friends. I can understand that it is definitely not easy to just one day not be with someone you love. Another thing that has helped me personally is just taking it day by day. It may seem hard right now, but as time goes by it will get easier!
