I understand this topic alot - because I always did it. I used to get very jealous or envious about other people and have negative thoughts. But I realised I have to give myself grace and realise no one is really 'perfect'. Whenever someone does something good - I lift them up but I lift myself up as well. For example, if someone is wearing something nice I'd compliment them but also I would tell myself what I'm wearing is pretty nice too. It's hard - but you have to try and flip things into positives. Having negative thinking towards others - may mean that you have to work on yourself. So meditate, journal - listen to music or watch your favourite movie. When you do small things in terms of self care - you feel much, much better about yourself and negative thoughts hopefully won't affect you as much! I hope I helped ;)
