I haven't found the way. As the time goes, you feel better but I don't know how to speed up this process... For some people hanging out with friends and family works. And it's obvious, you can distract a bit but for me it wasn't that effective. You have some other options like finding a hobby or something like that. But still, it would take a lot of time. But anyway, I think that such an experience in life only makes us stronger. You learn how to cope with your feelings which is an amazingly useful skill I would say.

I know it is hard to love one sided. First, take care of yourself. Do some self-reflection and ask yourself it is possible to let go this one sided love or I can make it mutual? If you want to continue this, I hope you are talking about it with someone. Sometimes, you do not need to do something. Let your issues pass. If it is still bothering you, have a peace of mind first. I know you can find your own way to deal with this situation. Maybe start with acceptance with your situation. Have a great day ahead.
