The best thing you can actually do is calm urself down cos u started panicking.. my way is to take some deep breathes, keep ur hand on ur heart and talk to it, assuring that all is well and only the best of best will happen to it. so once you are calmed down. sit in a peaceful place and reflect on events... focus on ur the happenings what did each of u do .. understand ur actions and what were the consequences. this help in actually making u understand what went wrong or what could be done better. this will help you strengthen... the other thing is also instead of trying to write down key things... just record urself considering that u r narrating it to a listener or someone, may be urself in the mirror.. then use that recording to note down points.. Hope this helps :) Cheers

In the moments when recalling events, places, or moments is difficult for you, don't criticize yourself for not recalling them. A moment that passes by doesn't mean it wasn't important to you. In this world, we have become overstimulated by everything that surrounds us--our minds just don't have room for all of it. We remember things when we engage with our other senses, not just by writing or recalling. Other ways you can try to retain different memories is by attributing moments to different smells and sounds--like perfume or music. Cues like these help us to stay present and not let our minds wander.
