I did this by thinking about hobbies I have or things I might be interested in. I have always wanted to join a choir but have always been too embarrassed to just turn up to one because I was so scared to sing! When we had to stay at home during the pandemic I joined an online choir. I figured it wouldn't be so bad because if I got nervous then I could turn the webcam off! But now I love it and I have a group of friends from there. Hobbies are amazing ways of connecting with other people.
