Depression and anxiety can feel overwhelming even on the best of days. I believe in helping clients understand these disorders and help them to reduce and manage symptoms.

There are many reasons. It can be intentional or unintentional. Maybe the timing wasn't right. Maybe they are uninterested in talking to you. Maybe they are going through a difficult situation on their own or helping a family member or friend go through a tough mental, financial, or physical problem. There are many reasons, but for one thing, never take full blame on yourself on when a person ignores you. You never truly know why they ignored you if they never told you why they did it. If you never find out, that's okay too. Try to move on. Hope this helped!
There could be a ton of reasons that someone may have reached out to you yet not have responded. Maybe they just have not seen the message you sent back yet. There's a lot of things that go into it, and without hearing the entire story from beginning to end, it's pretty much impossible for anybody on the outside to tell you what is going on inside this person's brain. There are a ton of possibilities about what may be going on, and nobody else will be able to tell you except the person who reached out to you.
