My boyfriend cheated and i broke up with him, now for the last week we have been working on everything he hasnt admitted it, but has changed his actions, does he regret it?

He might regret it, I will say this if he didn't cheat on you he would have nothing to regret. If you forgive him and take him back he will realise that he is always able to get away with it because you will always forgive him so he might regret it then again who's to say when he will cheat on you again. The best thing you can do is dump his cheating arse and move on
