A person who truly love you will not do something deliberately to hurt you. The fact that he does it behind you're back he clearly know it is very wrong to do it but does it anyway. You should never allow yourself to be in a relationship you are not been treated right nor respected. You need to think about what you want and what makes you happy. As much as it hurts how he treats you now is exactly what reflects how he will treat you when you are married. Now think if that is what you want for the rest of your life. Love is kind and pure yes it has ups and downs but when someone does something repeatedly that hurts you that ceases to be love. Once is a mistake twice is a decision.
