You can try to speak to speak to her about the issues you are having and try to make her happy. By listening to her you should be able to find out what issues she is having and how to fix them. I feel you should try to get closer with your girlfriends feelings and try to help her with them. I feel you should try to help her more and ask her why she feels this way and try to calm her down whenever she gets angry. You should try a bit harder with your relationship as she feels it isn't working as well as it should.
