Initiation should be a two-way street in a relationship as everything else should as well. Life happens so things are not always 50/50, but the key is when things are 80/20 or 60/40 etc. you should always be making an effort to balance things back out. When people become content and go accustom to things being unbalanced it causes strain in the relationship.
