You definitely should. You shouldn’t keep this a secret from him. You should tell him why you did this and try to make things better between you two

If you feel safe doing so, I believe that is the right thing to do. Is it really a real relationship if it is based on lies? If you are scared of his reaction, possibly have this discussion in a local coffee shop. He deserves having someone love him fully, as much as you deserve to have someone love you fully and as much as you deserve to love somebody.

Honesty is such a good thing. I know it may be tough knowing that you could lose it all but it is only fair on him that you tell him. Just be completely genuine and make sure you let him know that you truly regret your choices and ask him for a second chance, I believe everybody deserves a second chance and I hope everything goes well for you :)

If I were you, I would tell him you cheated. If you don't tell him, he may find out in another way (etc, someone telling him). And if he find out from someone that wasn't you, it will cause more tension, anger and betrayal. It's always easier to admit to something and tell someone the truth than not because the truth will always come out and it's better if the truth comes from you. Now, I know it can be hard to tell the truth but it's better you do so than be caught in a massive web of lies

In my humble opinion you should confess 100% because even if you plan on breaking up I think confessing is important for your own growth. We all make mistakes, I cannot tell you what will happen if you do confess but I would recommend you to choose your words carefully and be prepared because he might not be able to trust you anymore and want to break up anyways and if he wants to keep trying it will be really hard for both of you, yet it is not impossible if you are both willing to commit. Try asking yourself what would you prefer and do in his position.
