This last week I had a lot of things happen. I've been so stressed cause I'm in love with my boy friend and it's been 1 year now. But I felt like I wanted to be happy bit I couldn't. Is this emotional numbness?

Not likely! Maybe you're just not happy in the relationship, Or something is holding you back from being happy. You can love someone and still not be happy
