Because you feel that you don't know this person. You might feel hurt or betrayed by them. The time that you have spent together might feel like it was fake. Because that person hurt you so much

Love can be turned to hates went that person fail to satisfy your love and emotions. It's nature that you can hate a person you loved most.
When you love someone a lot and you get hurt over and over again by that same person....after a limit that love seldom changes into hatred.......though it is more of anger which one thinks or names as hatred.
Depending on the situation, your view on the person has changed due to some reasoning. You have come to a realization of the person or something changed your mind about them
