How do i control my emotions especially at school? I tend to get emotional breakdowns and im tired of crying on front of people at the wrong time.

Speak to friends. Try breathing exercises. Ask to leave the classroom for minute so you can calm down without the fear of others judging if you wish.
When you feel yourself starting to breakdown, just breathe. Tell yourself it's okay and just close your eyes for a moment and allow yourself to relax.
