Take time to write down things you've done lately that you're proud of and try getting out more... Go on walks, volunteer to do something (i.e. volunteer to help at an animal shelter or be a volunteer firefighter). Maybe practice drawing until you get really good- looking at art that you've created will make you feel amazing. Practice will make perfect, I promise. You may feel like it sucks, but the more you practice, the better you will get.
Start with listing 10 good things about yourself, whether it's minimal or not it's a great way to start appreciating yourself for who you are.
You could maybe try engaging in activities that higher your esteem. You could also spend time with people who make you feel good about yourself and increase your self worth. But I think it is important to note that you are the person who is the judge of your esteem. Esteem is what you think about yourself and low self esteem maybe because of many reasons. Maybe you were excessively critiqued by others or you are excessively critical of yourself? I think you should figure out the root of your self esteem and work through it by taking positive steps towards your emotional growth :) I hope you have a good day :)
