There isn't anything wrong with you. Having a low self esteem has to do with what you have learned to believe about yourself. Having trouble standing up for yourself can be a mixture of low self esteem, fear of confrontation, and simply not knowing how to set boundaries in a healthy way. These are all things that you can change and they don't define who you are or how awesome you are. :-)

There simply cannot be anything with you (or me, or someone else). This may be difficult to notice sometimes, when circumstances are very dire, when it's obvious how person's actions leads to some sort of "negative" result. If you have a problem standing up for yourself, it's not because it's "something wrong" with you - it's because a specific event happened in your life which was interpreted by you as a reason to not standing up for yourself anymore! Good news is that these events and inner beliefs that were initiated by events can be tracked down, identified and let go. Bad news is that it's a long process. But that's why we're here - to do this together and help and support each other in a process!
