Self-love means different to different people. Some may define it as being in love with yourself, some may say it's pampering yourself, some may say it's putting yourself before others etc. Self-love, to me, means taking baby steps to help yourself, believing in yourself, acknowledging your flaws, accepting you aren't perfect yet you are exactly what you need for yourself. Loving yourself is never selfish, it's a self-less feeling of being in love with someone, someone who is going to be with you forever: you. That doesn't mean, others are behind/ahead of you or that you are superior/inferior. In self-love, you don't have a reason to compare yourself to them. It's a phase where you don't *need* someone else to love you, you realize, you have yourself to do that. Standing up for yourself and your beliefs, enforcing strong boundaries and making people respect them, respecting yourself is what I term self-love as.

self love is to love yourself and understand that you don't need to be perfect to be good enough. When things change inside you, things change around you. Self love is allowing yourself to make mistakes and not be ad at yourself for making them. Self love is allowing yourself to dream big, without contaminating these dreams with judgments, your perceived limitations, or a lack of sense of deserving. Self love is celebrating your wins no matter how big or small. Pat yourself on the back and be proud of what you have achieved. Self love is letting go of past trauma and wounds. This can be a really tough one and it may be one of those times you need to turn to others for support. The truth is though, when you let go of things that have happened to you it’s almost like a weight is lifted off your shoulders. You don’t have to carry that around with us anymore. We deserve better.

Accepting yourself for who you are without any preconceived, restricted judgements imposed by other individuals or society. Trying to make yourself stronger emotionally, physically and spiritually. Realizing its not just a one time job to do, its a continuous process reaching deeper levels every day, every moment. We all are immortal souls, have the ability to love, love more and love deep ourselves, our family, our friends and every beautiful soul on this earth. Spread love, hope, happiness and peace:-) Self love is like being a shinning star with brightness inside, not giving a damn if its a day or a night...:-D

To love your self no matter what, it means that no matter what happens to you, you still are able to have self-love! It means not settling for less than you deserve! Self-love is when you take care of your self and know your worth living. Self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others. Self love is the belief you hold that you are a valuable and worthy person. An example of self-love is when you have a positive view of yourself and are confident in yourself and your place in the world.

Self- love means that you give yourself the love you give to those closest to you, that you're paitient with your progress. Self-love also considers treating yourself with kindness and self-support, knowing your boundaries, needs and plans for your future self. It means that you have patience towards yourself in the moments you don't feel very productive or maybe even worthy - it's about accepting your flaws, those characteristics you maybe want to change and actively working on becoming the better version of yourself. It also includes taking care of your body, as well as your psychological health, making sure you are well rested and energised.
