I can hear that it feels exhausting not to be able to just be ‘you’ around all people and situations. I commend you for being brave and reaching out about this very difficult topic. I can relate and I have experienced those feelings myself. For me, it is about fears of not being accepted or approved by others. For me it is about not thinking that who I am is not good enough. Yet when I’ve taken that bold step to reach out to others I find that it’s okay to feel that way, that I’m not alone.
