Could hair cutting be a form of self harm? I cut my arms and legs, but if I don't I feel like I will explode. I cut my hair to help that feeling go.

Hair cutting is not a form of Self-Harm because you don't physically feel any pain. Your hair doesn't have any nerves so people don't feel any relief from something that they can't feel. If people feel like they have punished themselves from cutting deep into their skin and if people don't feel relieved they will do other things to feel relieved that might lead to death and suicide. but your hair does not count as self-harm because of it not showing any pain to the person that is doing it. it may feel like the easiest way to do but it is not effective.
