They do and will heal, with proper treatment and care, depending on the severity of the cuts. If you are asking about scarring, again it depends on the depth. Surface cuts will probably fade, but anything deeper than half a centimeter will leave a scar. The first year they will likely be reddish/pink, and in a span of three years they will turn more white than your skin tone, with soft surface and no pores. Also scars tend to be quite hard at first, but they do get softer and quite blend in with the rest of the skin's quality through the years. Take care

Time heals all wounds. Wash them with soap and water and put antibacterial/antiseptic on them. Make sure you are protecting yourself from possible infections that could come from what you used to harm yourself, or that could start to form from an open wound. They may leave scars eventually, but those scars will prove that you've been through thick and thin and you have survived and pushed yourself through life. Your life is precious, because you only have one. By hurting yourself, you worsen your already-existing issues by adding yet another mountain to overcome. You are loved. You are important. And nobody can deny that.

Depends on how deep they are. If the wounds are superficial then they should be gone in three to four days, maybe a week max. If the wound is deep, they may take more time to heal, and might even leave some scars behind. I hope you do realise that Self - harm is not the answer to your problems. You should not consider harming yourself Under no circumstance. Even if the wounds heal faster at some areas, Please keep in mind that your body is a reflexion of your soul and you should not direct your feelings against it.
