First you need to calm down and breathe. You're heart-rate may be high. First you need to get help. Do not let it go untreated especially if you cut a vein. Stop the bleeding then treat it or it will get infected and hurt even more. Wrap it up and throw your razors or glass away. Go get help.
You seek help immediately! Once you've gotten it figured out, call the self harm help line: 1-800-DONT-CUT

Apply pressure and wrap it up and contact emergency services or get someone near by to contact them if you aren't able to. If it doesn't stop bleeding withing 20-30 mins depending on how and where you've done it then it's best to contact emergency services as they'd be the only service able to help you, obviously no one can make that happen but there would be worse results if not treated. Basically just apply pressure and if that doesn't stop it or do anything then it'd be best to contact emergency services to have the help that's needed.
Find someone - make sure that you clean out the cut, and find another adult. The most important thing is to stop the bleeding. Hold something over it tightly, and make sure to stop the bleeding. See a doctor if there's any chance it could be infected.
If you feel like you've cut to deep, please....please go to a doctor or the emergency room. If you don't have a way to get there please call for an ambulance. In order for them to be able to put stitches in, you need to be seen within 4-6 hours of cutting. You also want to make sure you keep the wound clean until you can get it looked at.

The first thing you should do is clean the area so it does not get infected. Though it may sting because it is an open cut, try to keep it clean. If you think you have cut deep enough to require stitches, or are afraid that it will get infected, go to the emergency room or call 911 so trained professionals can help you.
The first step is cleaning it out with water, and try to keep it closed with either a steri-strip or by applying pressure. Call your emergency number or someone who can call or take you to an emergency center. It's better to worry someone if you need help, than it is to stay quiet and risk infection or anything worse.
if you are concerned that you have cut yourself too deeply, especially if you are bleeding far too much, call 911 and get medical attention. or have someone drive you to the emergency room.

If u have cut to deep then u will need to go the hospital and see someone to either patch it up or bandage it
Cutting is dangerous, but I can speak from experience. It is a hard struggle to overcome and cutting too deep is a possibility. If you think that it has occurred, please use first aid to the cut and then seek help. You do not want to get an infection or sustain more unwanted injuries or problems. I also recommend seeking professional help because if you cut too deep once, it is possible for it to happen again.
Put pressure on your wrist to stop as much bleeding as you can. Wash it off and tie a cloth tightly so there's pressure on it. And then you HAVE to ask for assistance. Or else it can get infected.
I think it would be best to tell somebody even if it is scary because you don't want to bleed out or die.

Apply pressure on your wound. If the bleeding doesnt slow down, call 911 and to slow down the bleeding, apply ice because it'll constrict your blood vessels and slow down the bleeding

Put pressure on the wound. Not soft pressure. You have to push hard. It will hurt. If the bleeding doesn't stop within 2 minutes, call 911 for help.
Seek medical attention as soon as possible. Get a washcloth or something else to cover it and apply and hold pressure on it. Call 911 and try to stay calm. Please be safe, you have a huge community ready and willing to talk to you.
First thing first, look for help. Don't feel ashamed to reach for help from a loved one. I'm sure any people that loves you wouldn't mind helping you.
you stop. you take a deep breath and find a wash cloth or a towel -press hard on the cut and do not cut again for awhile.
Seek medical help immediately, if there's anyone around like friend/family/partner tell them straight away, they wont want anything bad to happen to you and im sure will help you as soon as they can
If you think you've cut too deep, the first priority is to calm yourself down. Panicking can only make it worse. Next you absolutely must call 911, your life may be in danger. You have to let go of all your fears of being caught or ridiculed, your safety is what's importsnt here.

I go to the ER and tell them that I'm at risk of myself and I need help. It's scary but I think it can also help me prevent this :)
Keep pressure on the wound and keep calm. Some small wounds can just have a unexpected amount of blood, depending on where you cut . Keep washing it, and you'll be able to inspect it more clearly. If you think you may have cut a arterie it's extremely important you keep strong pressure on it to keep blood in and call someone immediately. You may begin to feel dizzy and unwell if you cut to deep, and that's when you have to call a doctor.
It's very important that you put a pressure on the wound to quickly stop the bleeding, and get to the hospital so they can help you and stitch you up! Please take care of yourself!

It depends how serious you think the cut is. If it's gushing blood and you're feeling a little woozy, try to tie something (like rubber bands/string) tightly around your arm/ body part where the blood is flowing FROM. Then, get someone who can fix it up. The most important part is, after that, to go and see a counselor or therapist.

The first thing to do is stop the bleeding or cover it up with bandages. Next call 911 or tell an adult.
Immediately find a family member! Cutting too deep can be very serious. IF there are no family members around, call your police or ambulance number
Apply pressure to the wound and get fabric of some kind to help stop the bleeding. If it's really bad, call an ambulance or tell someone right away. If it really is too deep, you'll need stitches.

Inform your parents or close friends to help you, call a hotline, stop cutting and go to the doctor go to a nurse and get that wound wrapped
Seek medical help immediately. Self harm in its self is something that needs to be treated but especially if you think you've cut too deep because you may suffer severe blood loss.
The first thing you need to do is make sure you get the blood flow under control, if there is a lot of blood. Second, make sure you have a bandage around the wound, to prevent infection. Lastly, you need to seek medical attention if stitches may be needed and to help you not want to cut yourself anymore.
Stop the bleeding is the first thing you need to do if you get the bleeding to stop bandage it but if it doesn't stop bleeding or if it seems to get worse go to the hospital AS SOON AS POSSIBLE/
