Sadly nowadays we live in a society that lives a lot based on money. If you want to move from A to B, you need money. If you want to go to the doctor in some countries, you need money. If you want to have a shelter and food you also need money. One of the most basic needs of a human is to actually be able to provide such things and now that money is the key to that, it's totally normal that you can't stop thinking about the lack of money.

Write down everything you need to be paid when it comes to pay day. Then work out what you have left for fun things of essentials xx

1) Enjoy things that don't have anything to do with money, like talking with your friends/family, reading a good book, hanging out at the library, etc. 2) Live frugally. If you live so that your lack of money doesn't hinder you then you won't think about it as such a problem. 3) Ask for help. Get help from family, friends, religious groups, governments, etc. Getting help will help you feel as if it's not just on your shoulders.

Try turning it into a positive. Think about how much money you do have and how you live right now. Look more at what you have been blessed with, rather than what you are without- you would be surprised at how much this could actually help you see not only your financial worth, but also your own worth. You could also try to map out everything you normally spend money on, so you have a clearer picture on just how much you actually have. This could also help you figure out areas in your life that you are spending more money in that you could potentially cut out.
