I keep having weird dreams. One day I dreamed that I lost my car while I was driving it. Then today I dreamed that I pulled my hair off my head like a wig and had a big red spot on my neck. Whats going on with me?

First of all, I'm sorry to hear that you're having weird dreams lately, that can be a strange experience to have! I can personally relate, I have very vivid, odd dreams from time to time. Also, you are not alone, several friends of mine have reported that during quarantine and throughout this year with the pandemic, that they have been having strange dreams, also, so it could be correlated to that. I would also advice keeping a dream journal, and including what you dreamt, as well as what you ate the evening before and what your stress level was like/any significant events worth noting. It can be tedious but can help rule out if there is a certain factor contributing to the issue. As far as the dreams themselves, if it is upsetting you that you are having them, a fantastic tip I received from a therapist once was to get yourself to relax and imagine the dream in as much detail as possible, but then also imagine a different ending. For example, you think of the dream where you pulled your hair off, what did that feel like, all of the details, and then you can imagine your hair being back on your head and you feeling calm and at ease, I hope this helps!
