I never can go to sleep at night? and always start thinking stuff I don’t want to be thinking about what could it be I’m starting to get very frustrated at nights?

A quick solution would be to use a fan to create white noise which might help you sleep, but if these thoughts are about things you are able to confront, then it might be best to take the time to walk through those thoughts and try to resolve the underlying problems rather than try to ignore them.
