You might feel uncomfortable, or even stressed in your sleep. Try making sure your bed is comfortable for sleeping and that you are also wearing comfortable nightwear before you sleep. Drinking a glass of warm milk before you sleep helps as well. Try doing little activities to help ease your mind after a long day, like reading a book, doing a crossword puzzle, or any other little activity like this you enjoy. Make sure you've eaten a good dinner, and even have a little snack before bed with that glass of milk. These ideas will help you wake up much more refreshed in the morning!
