Yes! First, consider going to bed with plenty of time, to get a full night's rest. Try to avoid exercise and late-night dinners right before going to sleep. As for waking up, start your morning routine in a way that will best inspire you to be awake, alive, and ready for a new day. Try your favorite music, a warm cup of tea, or some early-morning yoga to feel more energized in the morning.

Lots of people like coffee in the morning, for reasons beyond my grasp :P besides that you could try a short morning walk or stretching routine, maybe splash your face a bit or take a cold shower

I would recommend putting your alarm clock across your room, so then you have to walk to turn it off. I would also recommend splashing cold water on your face and stretching.

There are some few ways I do when I wake up and some are what I've seen others do. First, dont keep snoozing your alarm. Make a rule to yourself like 'snoozing can only be done 3 times max'. After you open your eyes, dont check your social media immediately. Go stretch your body, it'll help u to be awake a bit. Then get out of the bed to stretch your legs. Some people pray or meditate before they get out of the bed, do what u need! Washing your face with cold water will help, at least for me. Then you can look through your phone, eat breakfast, coffee or tea, and enjoy your day

I was feeling the same way a while ago. I decided to start my day with a brief exercise routine (some stretches, yoga poses, etc), going out for a morning run or even just having my breakfast in the backyard has helped me feel a lot more attentive and productive throughout the day. During these times, it's often difficult to go outside and get some fresh air, but I find that it is so important that we do and really does help you feel a lot more refreshed and awake. I hope you find this helpful.

Wash your face with cold water or have a cold shower. I also suggest trying to go to bed a bit earlier so you are less tired in the morning, and getting into a good sleep routine, as this can help prevent tiredness in the morning. Also if you are finding your sleep is disturbed maybe do a meditation before bed, limit your caffeine and make sure your room is a comfortable place for sleeping, if possible. More ways to feel awake in the morning are to play music (to get your heart rate pumping), walk out or go for a brisk walk.

There are definitely a few ways you can try to do this. Obviously, different things work differently for different people, so try a few and see what you like :) One thing you can try is drinking a cold glass of water as soon as you wake up. Your body will thank you since people often become dehydrated while they sleep. You can try taking showers in the morning and get some body wash with your favorite scent. Some people recommend lemony or citrus scents to energize themselves, but there's nothing like smelling YOUR favorite scent first thing in the morning. Try stretching for five minutes in the morning. You can even push it a step further and do a short yoga workout. One of my favorites is pairing up with a friend and texting each other good morning. Waking up to and writing good morning texts is a really positive start to your day :)

Yeah. First of all you need to sleep early at night. I mean you need to sleep 8 hours per night. If you do this you will be more relaxed the morning. Also wake up drink water and have some excersize. (Some stretches are enough) after that wash your face and have a good breakfast. It's very important to sleep well while this is the largest factor who makes it difficult to wake up. Also some stretches will help you wake up more easy and feel more energized. Water will help your metabolism and food will give you energy.

Some people like to do a morning run so they are more awake in the morning, while others take a shower. :) It is a matter of trying new things, as the person who is going to live it is you ! :D

Two glasses of water after you wake up will help you feel rejuvenated and more awake. Other options include getting a 6-7 hour sleep, exercise and morning walk, also avoid much coffee at night and alcohol

Sleep at least 6 hours at the same time so if you got to bed today at 10 you actually have to sleep every night at the same time so your body would recognise that and take the rest it needs within the same 6 hours and you'd be awake more at the morning and more active. I've done it and it worked for me completely :)

Washing your face with cold water. Drinking water. Dancing. Singing. Drinking coffee.

I always like having a shower in the morning, because it makes me feel refreshed and more awake. A lot of people struggle with mornings. Maybe try and get earlier nights? wake up and have a nice cup of refreshing green tea!

There are various things you can do to help with this. Having a shower, a cup of coffee, an early morning stroll, a cold refreshing drink and fresh air could all most likely help.

For many people, caffeine (in the form of coffee or tea) is their go-to cure for morning sleepiness. It may also help to get more sleep during the night so that you can wake up well-rested, rather than sleep-deprived.
