You must be used to early timing. But don't worry you'll start waking up later soon. It's just new..

I think it has to do with your sleeping habits. Were you working in a callcentre with irregular timings? Or do you have sleep disturbances and you don't have good sleeping patterns? It may also indicate your biological clock is disturbed either due to health issues or hormonal changes or you may be depressed. These are the things that must be addressed. If you are awake by 4 am it is fine. If too early it needs to be addressed.

Maybe something is bothering you or your sleep cycle is disturbed or you are thinking too much about waking up early, so this must be keeping you awake..

Examine the activities you engage in during the 3-6 hours before going to bed. Among the many reasons could be: going to bed very early, focusing attention on anxiety-producing subjects, or simply getting the 7-8 hours of sleep needed.

Sometimes if we think a lot before we go to sleep, our brain stays active during the night, which will cause us to wake up in the middle of the night.

Well , you may have stayed up many times to the point your body clock has set that time for you to wake up or your body is sending signals that your heart rate is too low do it jerks you to wake up . Try drinking cool ginger tea or peppermint or simply warm milk . To make ginger tea , just mix water , honey , sugar and chop up fresh ginger roots . Mix it and let it cool to drink for the next night !

To make me feel good and refreshed in the morning, it's like I am a new and lively person with no memory of the past at the beginning of the early day.

There are plenty of reasons why you might be waking up too early. Maybe something is going on your mind, say for example you've got a test that day or the next, maybe you're having some problems at school or at home. You might be taking medication that wakes you up, feeling ill, noises from pets or family members. Thinking you have to wake up to do something in the morning, or perhaps you have got insomnia. There are plenty of reasons for lack of sleep or waking up too early for no reason. Go to your GP if it is affecting you.

Some people just naturally sleep less than others, but if you are having trouble it may be worth chatting to your doctor about it, they may help you understand why you are not geting proper rest, each person is different so there is no one answer really. It's down to your personal life and what's going on.

This is because your sleep pattern is messed up and you really really should try to fix it by sleeping properly.

your body can usually sense how much sleep it needs, so that might not usually be such a bad thing. but if you are having sleeping problems, try dimming the space that you sleep in, and try to get rid of noises.

Your body could be on a certain schedule. If you have recently moved somewhere with adifferent time zone it could just be from that

That can be for a variety of reasons, for one, could he due to oversleeping reactions. Another would be damage to you're wake and sleep receptors. Maybe even just normal sleeping wakefulness. Or even that you're brain is so used to waking up at that specific time.

Depression can cause insomnia or hypersomnia both depending on the subcategory. Insomnia occurs due to the chemical imbalance throws off our biological clocks so to speak. Medically speaking, our circadian rhythm gets disturbed and there's decreased melatonin secretion which is necessary for the onset of sleep to occur, among other co-occurring mechanisms

You want to get your day started or you are looking forward to something exciting that you want to do, or maybe you are just worried about something.

Typically, when I wake up too early is either I'm excited or stressed about something. If I find that I'm waking up too early because I'm stressed about say maybe a math test in the next few days or something, then, before I go to sleep, I try to sort out and unresolved problems and I make a list of things I need to do to solve them the next day. That way, I can ease my mind and relax and get rest so that I can efficiently deal with those problems the following day.

Waking up early could be because of diet, or something is bothering you. Hopefully you can figure out what is bothering you to correct your sleep cycle.

There are multiple reasons. Do you go to bed early? Do you get dreams that may wake you up? Maybe you're not tired enough when you go to bed so your body may wake up early because it feels like it had enough of sleep.

Many people have different sleeping rhythms. It could be that your body may wish to simply wake up a little earlier. The important thing is you are getting enough rest to rest your body and mind and function in a healthy way.
