If its natural, it maybe because of something going on subconsciously in your head. Whatever it is, i hope that its pleasant and makes you smile.

There could be many reasons for this.. it could be a good Idea to speak to a health professional, for example your family doctor/GP. They could help you to get down to the root of the problem. A lot of factors for not being able to sleep and waking up in the middle of the night is stress and anxiety. Try to relax yourself before you go to bed. Meditate, listen to very calming music, drink some tea, read a book (boring books help you fall asleep very well ahaha). Also a really good tip to improve sleep is putting of few drops of lavender essential oil on your pillow or mixing it into a spray bottle with some water and spraying it around your room. Hope these tips help. xx

To check my alarm in my smartphone whether it is active or not. The fear of not waking up on time in the morning wakes me up at 3 am.

You may have a lot on your mind. Maybe something going on with your family or love life or kids. School and work can be very stressful. Small noises can wake you up without you knowing what it was. Also if you previously were on a schedule that required you to wake up early, your body and mind may be adjusted to that time.

because you are thinking about something which is bothering you . so try to figure out and share your problem with SOMEONE WHO REALLY CARES. In the world of demolition everyone is just fake around you.

I wake up at 3am to go on Tumblr. I know, seems like i'm taking this as a joke but i'm not, i promise!. The early dawn is the only time i have to myself; and pictures of memes and cats help me recharge. I wake up to go on Tumblr. So i can start the day happy.

When you wake up at 3am, it might have something to do with your sleep-wakecycli. A good and cheap solution is getting an app that monitors your sleepcyclus, it'll reveal issues fast and easy.

Maybe your sleep cycle has been disturbed. Try to wake up at a time you are comfortable one day by adjusting the bed time.

Maybe it is because you're worried about something. Your brain may wake you up in the middle of the night so as to get whatever you have to do, done. Try to think if there's anything that you should do and you haven't done yet. If there isn't, try some relaxation exercises before going to sleep. There's a great variety of those on YouTube, and you can choose the most suitable one.

has you think why can it be? I have sleeping problems and I've became why do you think you can't sleep? I have recently realised that this happens to more people than I always expected, so don't be worry about it, it seems to be that everyone is dealing with something important or dealed with something before.

Many things can make you wake up at 3am. In my personal experience if I am very stressed about school work or a relationship I may wake up in the middle of the night, and not be able to get back to sleep. If I've been inactive that day, or I have not exercised enough that can also cause me to wake up 3am. So many factors can cause you to wake up at 3am.

Sometimes it could have to do with your 24-hour mind clock so you naturally wake up at 3am usually. Sorry that was probably badly explained!

Your body's internal clock could just be off if you have not been having a regular sleep schedule recently. Mental health as well as physical factors such as diet, exercise, and a history of sleep problems could also be a factor. For me when I am particularly stressed my quality of sleep is much poorer and I wake up more often.

I wake up in the early hours often when I have stuff on my mind. I find it helps me to get up, go to the loo, have a drink and a snack (if I'm hungry) then do something that relaxes me like read or watch one of my favourite TV shows.

It could be that you are having a lot of thoughts that you are not in a deep sleep. Maybe you are having a dream around this time however cannot remember it.

If my sleep schedule is off, I might wake up at some odd hour of the early morning. If something is on m mind, or some issue is unresolved, or if I'm looking forward to getting a particular thing accomplished, I might wake up very early.

It can be many reasons, for example, a loud noise or maybe a pet climbed onto you in the night. Sometimes there could be medical reasons behind it too. If you feel that's the case, then you should seek medical advise to get a diagnostic.

Sometimes people have multiple thoughts racing through their mind. Depression also can cause early morning wakening.
