Well it could actually be a sleep problem. It also could be the environment in which you are sleeping. If you eat before you go to sleep.

Either you feel guilty, stressed, or you have a lot on your mind. There is also the possibility that you are in pain mentally or emotionally or that you are forgetting something.

A typical reason is stress, so before going to bed, write down everything that's troubling you and get it out of your mind. Create a calming bedtime routine: no screens, maybe a warm drink or some quiet, calming music, and a minute or two of slow breathing

You may have a form of insomnia which causes you to have difficulty falling asleep. You could also have disruptions in your room such as changes in lighting, sounds etc.

Well, I sleep with 2 dogs so I know that when they move around it’s natural for my body to wake up if something isn’t steady. Another reason is having to go to the bathroom. When you need to go, you need to go. Your body will naturally wake you up if you cannot hold it in anymore. Another factor could be how you went to bed; stressed, sad, angry, nervous, full of anxiety. Different factors come into play. Someone could be going through something in their life making it nearly impossible to stay asleep. You can also wake up from having a bad dream.
