Only you can understand how you feel, and if you find yourself experiencing the signs or symptoms of social anxiety. You should go see a professional however, as they would be able to evaluate you more deeply, or be qualified to give you a diagnosis. Especially if you feel these anxieties are becoming more challenging or more impactful on your everyday life.
