you should listen to your heart and be more open to people. i may not be the best at giving advices since it maybe wrong but you should consider opening yourself up and accepting yourself first before you accept others. accepting yourself first is one of many ways to try and open up with people. it maybe hard at the start but it will be better soon when you try to do it and of course you need motivation to do so as well ! so maybe you can seek motivation with a professional help or your family members, your friends or others.
