I have been meditating for a couple of months. I'm perfectly healthy, but when I meditate I experience nausea and I always have to cut it short. What could be causing this?

Energies in your body can shift as it calms and becomes more balanced during the early stages of meditation (like a couple of months). It is possible you could experience a number of things as you meditate including nausea, spinning and other effects. This has happened to me on a number of occasions and usually as a symptom of change. This dissipates with pratcie. Advanced practice can have similar effects for different reasons. Stay with it and simply stop if overwhelming and come back to it as you may. Things should smooth out over time with continued practice and perseverance.
