You need to talk to your room mate about how you feel and come up with an agreement as to how you could improve or change your situation. If that then did not change anything you should talk to someone you trust about moving out.
Clear, respectful boundaries are very important. If you have already discussed them with your roommate and nothing changes, speak with the person over your dorm about moving rooms.
Tell them. When you don't talk about it or anything you will be stuck with this room mate. You have to speak up otherwise this is going to remain an issue.
