Once I've reached my target weight, how do I then maintain that, because I don't know if I can continue with strict discipline indefinitely. Please help?

Even before you reach your target weight it's a good idea to think about your habits, as building strong, attainable habits is very important. This might mean incorporating a daily run into your routine or consuming fewer or more calories than you did in the past so that you do not lose any progress made. In essence, unfortunately weight change/goals aren't just an endpoint but must serve basis for your lifestyle which will support your weight.

I weighed 82kg back in 2018 and i am 5ft 4inch. Now i am 60kg which isn't considered oh so perfect with the height i have but i have never loved my body more. I have been maintaining my weight since 2020. I trust that conserving good eating habits is the only way i have been able to maintain my weight. Avoid overeating and avoid too much junk food (occasionally is okay). Get an exercise routine (i haven't been able to exercise since the start of this year lol, but i am gonna start today). Retain a good sleeping routine. Other than that just be happy and don't worry too much. ALSO CHEW A BITE 32 TIMES. I wish you the best of luck
