You can ask for accommodations at your work place. Depending on your health issue your employer can either make them, or change your work schedule to better suit your needs.

That's a very tough situation be in, it's going to take a lot of strength and motivation on your part. It's also going to really help if you have a supportive network of friends, family, & co-workers to surround yourself with. An understanding employer who can be understanding & accommodating when you need to work from home or miss a day for doctor's appointments.

Communication with your boss is key, don't over work yourself and see if its possible to cut down shifts if needed

It can be tough and for most people it requires resources as well as some cutbacks to have time to have new energy, but it is possible. Having a list of priorities and learning to say no when necessary can help you focus on yourself. For most health issues there are support groups. They can be another great resource. In the end only you know you and never be ashamed of having priorites, the first being you.

Work is important. But health is important-er. (I know that's not a word, but you know what I mean!) Make a schedule and stick to it. It'd b difficult in the beginning and you might fail at it like 17 times, but re-start. Always carry a water bottle. Easiest way to tackle most health problems.
