I have been through a lot in life too, which helps me to be able to empathize with situations, thoughts and feelings that we have. Sometimes, it's not easy just being human.

You should never work at a job that doesnt make you happy. Its your life we are speaking about here. I would advise you look for another job and quit as soon as possible

I have just recently (today in fact) quit my job as I was very unhappy, and while I do regret not finding another job first, I do believe I made the right decision. Always follow your heart when it comes to happiness!

It takes courage to leave any job and its security. Although working/doing something you don't like or enjoy is a complete waste of your precious time in life. Try to ask yourself 'What would I do with my time if money were no object?' and then do what you think of.

From personal experience, I learned to stick around for a bit and if things don't start getting better then quit

If your job makes you feel bad about yourself and about your life I think you should quit it. Doing something that makes you unhappy will not make your life any better. Choose something you like to do and I can guarantee you that you will become so much happier

you should quit and never regret about that cause your mental health is important more than any thing .. more than money ... you can earn money if you loss. .. but if you lose your self it is hard to get it back

Do you need income? It may not make sense to quit immediately, but it's never a bad idea to explore other options. Some jobs are horrible but help get you to a future goal. If this is the case for you, figure out ways to focus on why you chose this path.

In my personal opinion, no one should be tied to something he doesn't like or appreciate. This call freedom and "no one can take away this from you". However , is always good to look for the reason you don't like and what do you want to change, so you will be more clear in what you really want. ;)

I would continue with the job but at the same time, keep looking for other jobs, because your income would drop.

If you have a better offer in hand or a better safety plan you can quit when you feel like. Make sure you won't suffer from financial instability etc for sometime. Even when you are leaving the current job, don't do it in bad taste. Try maintaining cordial relationship with your current colleagues and employers.

What you should do is up to you! But there are lots of options here. Maybe you could think about some reasons why you don't like your job anymore. Can you change them and keep working in a reasonably stress free environment? Or if this job is so stressing, is it worth staying? If it's impeding your work or daily functioning, maybe it's time to leave. I know this is something we don't like to think about, but what about the money? Do you need it? Or could you stop working for awhile and still reasonably feel secure? Can you look for another job before you quit? See what's out there- maybe there's a better job waiting for you right around the corner!

if your job isn't making you happy, what's the point in doing it? you only get one chance to live your life so you should live it doing something that makes you happy.

That is certainly not a pleasant situation to be in. Do you feel like this every day? How long have you felt like this?

It depend on a lot of things. First, do you need a job at all? I mean, do you need a job for a living or you can do without for some time? Second, do you have any other job available so you can start there once you quit from this one? And third, does it affect your life? Like, you dislike it that much that it stresses you out and makes you feel emotionally bad? Cause if so, you should quit.

Do not quit your job yet but think about what would you like to do in the future . Take advantage of security you have now to prepare for change . Make a plan and follow it : studying in your spare time, practicing for the job you want to do. Take small steps to achieve your goal and when you feel confident with your skills, start to actively seek a new job, do interviews, send your resume... Don't stop and don't settle .

talking with a freidn You need to stop and take a look at the reason that you don't like your job. Is It an issue of Co-Workers? The Work it's self? The Wage? Location? you need to take a moment to decide if these are things you can actively change. If not then switching jobs may be something to think about. Before you quit your current job you have to consider being able to support yourself of course. If you can manage it It's usually best to try and have a new job lined up before you quit your other job.

Logic...lets do this...if you dont like it, it causes worry, worry leads to stress, essentially affecting your health if left alone, and there's not much to be done if you don't like the job anyway. Do something you love. Anything ks achievable if you work. Listen to iggy azaleas song 'work' listen to the lyrics. ;) good luck xx

You should spend your time doing something that you enjoy and makes you want to get out of bed in the mornings. Have a look at new job opportunities that you think you will enjoy before quitting your current one so that you can secure something with as little financial difficulty as possible, and you can start being happier in what you do.

You should quit. Why spend the rest of your days doing something that makes you feel miserable ? You only live once!

It depends on many factors. I suggest looking for a new job and start applying for a new job first, before quitting your current job. This way, you wont' be out of work completely. If you have been at your job for many years and can afford to take some time off to think about what job you really want than do it. Do a job as a long as you can, if you need the income. But give yourself a few outs, so you are not stuck at job that is making you miserable. Never stay somewhere where you are being abused or taken advantage of. Some larger companies also have HR departments, which can help resolve issues you may be having so you do not have to quit.

if you are not responsible for providing others , i think you should quit it , life is too short to do something you don't like

A lot of people don't like their job, but personally i wouldn't jump straight into quitting it straight away. Make sure there's another backup plan before taking a huge step.

I believe that self-care is important and if you don't like your job if I were in your shoes I'd leave, but I don't have a full understanding of your life or world. Any advice I'd give you would be limited and potentially wrong. You are the expert on you. The best thing I can do for you is to help you figure out the path that makes the most sense to you. Do you think you would be much happier if you left your job? Because if you would then isn't that what you want for yourself?

I believe looking at the situation a little deeper than quitting or continuing is needed. What are the positives and negatives for each action? Maybe look at the reasons you don't like it any more, are there any changes you can make or People can discuss is with? If you do quiet what will your next plan be. Good luck x

One day, one step at a time. Sometimes we may become intolerant of a job we no longer wish to work. When this occurs, we must first evaluate the reasons why our current job is no longer providing the satisfaction we are looking for, and the feelings surrounding those reasons. This is important because it helps us to see if we can salvage the current job we have by making changes in our perspective, or perhaps in our search for a new job, which will help us not to choose something which will only prove to perpetuate those qualities we are seeking to leave behind. When we do begin our search for another position, remember that our current job is still a priority, and we must maintain it until we have secured a new one. Sometimes we may become impulsive, and quit that job which we believe we can no longer abide, without the security of a next job. This may only add stress as we may now worry about financial concerns due to a lack of income. Sometimes we may go as far as to burn bridges with a company and our coworkers that we no longer wish to work for, but it is always desirable to leave in a professional manner, so that one may be able to count on a reference for the time that was put in.

It depends! Just because you don't like a job, doesn't mean that it's definitely time to abandon ship. Do you have other reasons to keep it? (Family, income, debt, etc) Do you have another job lined up? Do you have marketable skills that you can use to find other work soon? If you do feel like it's time to look for another job, it's usually a good idea to try to line up another employer before you quit the first one. That way, you can be more 'choosy', and you aren't in a rush to have to pay bills, etc.

Try to talk with your boss and coleagues about how you're feeling at work, maybe they could help and if you feel that this job is not providing you or valorizating your hard work, try to continue doing until you find somewhere that you feel the good atmosphere of the place. Good lucky, xoxo and stay fab!

I think, it depends on your situation. Can you provide for yourself in any other way? If you can, I think you should quit your job and find some other job that you enjoy. By doing that, you will feel better yourself too. Because then it's not really like a job, if you enjoy it. Makes life more fun!
