I have been through a lot in life too, which helps me to be able to empathize with situations, thoughts and feelings that we have. Sometimes, it's not easy just being human.

First I would try to pinpoint exactly why I no longer like my job, then I would list the pros and cons of staying vs leaving. What are the positive aspects of staying? What are the negative aspects? What are the positive aspects of leaving? What are the negative aspects?

Sticking with something that you don't like can be unhealthy for you in the long run. Don't quit without a plan.

If your job is your only/main source of income, don't quit yet. Look for another job while still remaining at your current job. Next, when you've found a new job give your current employer two weeks notice. (If possible). Generally speaking, however, if you don't like the job you won't be as productive, and therefore should move on to a better job or one that you enjoy more.

The answer, ultimately, is up to you. To determine what you should do, you need to look at the pros and cons of each option you have available to you.

Before you quit your job, you should have another job that can support your financially. I too have difficult days at my job, so I continue to search for other opportunities. Until then, I do the best I can at my current job

Unless it is really impossible, I believe you should continue doing it, at least until you find something better.

It's always better to do a Job which we like even if we are paid less salary. Because 70% of our day is spent in work, if we don't like doing it, then better to quit and look for something satisfying.

If you're going to starve and be homeless, don't quit. If you have been saving up, determine what it is you want to do and then do whatever it takes to achieve your dream.

If you do not like your job, do not quit just yet. Continue doing it until you find something you enjoy to do. The worst thing is quitting and not having any income which may cause more stress in the long run. Definitely try looking for something you enjoy while working at this current job. If your job really is not making you happy or you feel like you can do better then set a goal, make a plan, and strive for it. I use to work at a job for about 4 years and I wanted to leave so badly but I knew I need to make income, so my goal was to finish school first and then start my career.

I had this question in the past. It wasn't easy to answer because it depends on the situation. For example, when we have to work and we don't have safe money, It is not easy to quit. But, we can look for another job that you like. It's not very easy to work and looking for a job, but to do something that we really like it's more important than to stay somewhere that we don't like. We spent a lot of hours and energy in our job. Our work has to be part of our lives that we can enjoy and not something that we have to do.
