I suggest you to watch movie "whiplash" and you will realize that under stress, people perform well... Stress at school increase your breaking point, because later in life you are going to go through a lot of stresses specially work stress at work place... And if you don't learn to handle stresses now, it will become hard for you later... Take it just as an exercise... For tomorrow..

Fearing the results of our efforts is one of the biggest society driven stresses we have. Good looking enough, big enough, small enough, fast enough, and on that list, grades high enough. The one thing we need to remember is all we can do in life is our best. Leave it all on the table and find pride in that. It's the journey, not the result that should be the center of your focus. Along with that is another one of my top tips; you may give all you have and still be seen by some as failure. It's fine, it's ok. You did your best and those that love you will see that.

Everyone has their own methods of relaxing, and they can vary depending on the personality of the person, degree of stress, and available methods. For myself, I enjoy isolating myself in a calm area and painting or drawing. I don't try to make things look perfect. I don't try to get all "Van Gogh". I just draw. I let go. I play some music, sit in a warm patch of sun, and keep a cup of hot tea nearby. It works every single time. :)

It helps if you can do something like exercise, or chat to friends for a while after school. Thinking about something or doing something to distract yourself is a good tactic.

Being stressed about school can be for a variety of reasons. Sometimes the work load can cause a lot of stress and the thought of exams can too. If this is the case then the best way to deal with it is to ask for additional help from your teacher. Perhaps speaking out about the stress you are experiencing will allow others to help you and to reduce the stress. Break down the issues into small manageable chunks.

No one has the "best way" answer, but I can tell you what works for me. It is really important to be organized with your time. Manage a calendar or a journal can help your, by doing this you can organize a whole week of activities, distributing your duties in different time lapses, and leaving some free hours for recreation. Also it is a great idea to prioritize your duties by the order you prefer: difficulty, time of delivery, time it will take you to do it.

When you get back home relax. Also try to do things you love to do and do breathing exercises and stretches.

I always found writing a list helpful. It made it clearer what I needed to focus on and what I could let go of. Talking to people about concerns always helps too :-)

When I am feeling overwhelmed about school, I like to practice daily mindfulness exercises as well as making a detailed plan on what to study and when to study it. Making a homework schedule helps a lot with time management!

Start by organizing all of your materials, and having a place for every one of your books/folders. When you are overwhelmed by homework, record everything you need to get done on a planner and focus one one thing at a time.

It is important to focus on school but doing other stuff is also good for you. Doing every day life things helps reduce stress. You have to not let school stress get in the way of school because you can also add more stress to your life. Keeping a balance between your personal life and school is critical to your mental health which is just as important as you physical health. Also, if you need help with school work try reaching out to your teachers. I have had good experiences when I have reached out to professors in the past.

The best way to get over stress from school is Make a study schedule. As annoying as it is to write down all of your assignments, putting what you need to get done on paper instead of keeping it in your head can be incredibly helpful. Find something interesting in the material you are learning. Part of what makes studying in high school so difficult is that students can’t always choose all of the courses they take. Sometimes, the content in the courses that you didn’t choose will not be your favorite. Make time for yourself. Try not to spend huge chunks of time doing nothing but studying. Taking a walk with your dogs or baking a batch of cookies will not ruin your grades. You will find that doing this will actually make you happier. Don’t keep talking about how stressed out you are. We all know that person who can’t seem to stop talking about grades and how much work they have to get done. Say no to things you won’t be able to handle. We all have trouble saying no. However, sometimes it is necessary to do so for your own sake.

Speaking with your counselor or social worker in school can help reduce the amount of stress you go through. There is a higher chance of reducing your stress by not keeping things to yourself but being open about it withe people you trust can help. However, seeking help from your classmates can also be helpful as they are your same age and could be possibly going through the same stress as you. Communicating with each other can help make new friendships that will build support systems to not only be there as friends but also someone to talk to whenever you want to be listened.
