Amy Justice, BS, MA, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

I am very happy you have taken a bold step for your health and wellbeing! Making the decision that you can't handle something alone is huge and I am honored to have the chance to walk alongside you in your journey to wellness. I always learn and grow from my clients so always remember that our relationship will be a shared growth process! I have been helping young people and adults make healthy changes for over 20 years and I've learned so much that I can share with you. I believe that we have a strong mind-body connection, so I like to use practical activities to apply new ways of thinking and being. That means we will talk a while, then I will probably give you something to do, write, or think about to reflect on when we talk again. I also believe that you have the solutions to your problems within you already, so we will work to uncover your strength to heal yourself. We can use these strategies to tackle just about any problem or "stuck place" you might be in including depression, anxiety, family and relationship problems, identity and career issues or major life transitions. My goal as a therapist is to work with you in a non-judgmental, supportive manner and to be a voice of truth that can guide you towards wellness with the solutions that are already inside of you.

She’s great! Very insightful
She's very helpful and level-headed. I'll re-read our chats when I'm feeling down and she just continues to help bring me clarity.
Caring and very professional
Amy is a wonderfully warm, compassionate and knowledgeable person and one of the very few people I have been able to trust.
It has only been a few weeks but so far Amy has been amazing. She's helping me work through some things from my past and my addiction that I am in recovery from. She listens to me and helps me figure out why I feel the way I do and makes me think about my problems in a different way. She has really helped me and I look forward to the time that's ahead of us.
