I have experience working with adults who are struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, complicated grief, parenting, elder care, relationships and substance misuse.
I draw from Solutions-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) with a focus on identifying negative thoughts, the impact they play on emotions and that lead to negative behaviors.
My mindfulness-based, client centered approach with a focus on strengths, goals, and current needs will aid you in developing coping skills that will allow you to move from problematic emotions and unhealthy habits to healing.
I have a non-judgmental, compassionate, supportive, and reflective style. My aim is to help you figure the path that’s right for you to begin the process of change. With that said seeking help is the first step in your courageous journey towards improving thoughts, emotional stability, actions and a greater wellbeing.
I’m here to listen and I look forward to working with you.

Ann is a very kind, thoughtful and professional therapist. Her attention, questions and insights have helped me to rise from a crisis and think differently. With her support I gained emotional strength to make an important step in a difficult relationship that was causing a lot of anxiety. And all this happened in only one month of conversation. I highly recommend her!
Really listens and breaks down what you say and answers with respect and comfort.
Ann is absolutely amazing. You couldn't ask for a better, more sensitive, caring individual. You feel this comfort through her words and CBT strategies you'll use every day. Kudos!
She listens, questions, provides feedback, helps you get to where you need to be. Truly compassionate and gifted. I've only been working with her for a few days and already see positive changes in my self. She provides the tools for you to utilize. I would strongly recommend her!
